While reformatting it I decided I didn't like the design anymore as when it was put into a book context, it seemed inconsistent. Therefore I completely redesigned the booklet.
I designed the new version of my booklet in InDesign - using a program specifically designed for publications instead of Illustrator was so much easier when it came to organising the text in the booklet.
To bind the book I used white thread in a 3 hole pamphlet stitch as learnt in the bookbinding workshop, this subtly bound my book together giving it a clean and sleek look as the bow tied on the inside of the book.
I much prefer the new design as I feel it looks more professional than my old leaflet. It is printed double sided in booklet form so I didn't need to stick any pages together, which is where my leaflet fell last time.
