Intuited, Brave, Spirited is a women's magazine on the typically taboo subject of IBS, or Irritable Bowel Syndrome. It was created by 3 people who suffer from gut issues, who felt that the illness is not spoken about often enough in society. The magazine masquerades as a fashion magazine, due to its use of stylized photography and paper finishes. The typically feminine colour scheme of the magazine reinforces the underlying theme of the magazine, which is centred around self care and the hope that sufferers will still feel feminine while experiencing un-feminine symptoms. Intuited, Brave, Spirited also features a help section to aid IBS sufferers in their day to day lives.
