60 sec docs - planning

For my documentary I will need to plan out the 60 seconds using storyboards. 60 seconds of footage does not sound like there is a lot to work with but I know that I will struggle to fill the 60 seconds with enough. I will have the content but in order to portray that content i will need to represent it graphically.

The purpose of my documentary will be to educate people on the environmental and societal effects of fast fashion. I need to plan out what I want to say, the research I want to represent, and how I will display this graphically. 

Outline
introduce fast fashion as a concept
the effects of fast fashion
how people can change their habits and how this will help the world (use depop as example)

Storyboard

To start with, I planned out my documentary into sections, frame by frame. 
Frame 1 will be the title of the documentary, and 2 will introduce the subject. Frame 3 - 11 will then tell the viewers how they can get involved. This is broken down into repurposing, where a pair of jeans will be turned into shorts, and reworking where a t shirt will be "dyed" and have the arms cut off. 

Then the section on second hand shopping will be broken up into charity shops and also depop (where the page will either be animated or show a screen recording of the app.

The next section will be the benefits of slow fashion, saving money and saving the environment.
